By subscribing to WooW Channel, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding subscription cancellation and access to the Service.
You may cancel your subscription to WooW Channel at any time through your account settings on the Platform or by contacting our support team at support@woowchannel.com.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the Service until the expiration of the paid subscription period.
As stated in our Refund Policy, subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for:
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date. By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize WooW Channel to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.
To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
WooW Channel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription without prior notice if:
In such cases, no refunds will be issued, and access to the Service may be permanently revoked.
If you subscribed through a third-party platform, app store, or payment provider, cancellation must be completed directly through that provider’s system. WooW Channel does not control third-party billing cycles or cancellation processes.
Requesting account deletion does not automatically trigger a subscription cancellation. You must cancel your subscription separately before requesting permanent deletion of your account.
